Economic Extraction Workflow

Process

    Load part

    Place the component in the trolley or cabinet.

    Rinse or extract

    Apply the specified pressure-rinse or air method.

    Filter

    Vacuum

    Draw the extraction fluid through the filter.

    Dry

    Condition the membrane for measurement.

    Analyze

Fully enclosed economic cabinet

Use CTC-M750 where particle size distribution is mandatory but PLC is not required.

No solvent extraction

Use CTC-M750-Air where solvent extraction is prohibited.
